Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple - peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Cooking Directions

  1. Put milk, eggs, banana, apple, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract into a blender bowl, respectively; blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
Cook's Note:; You can peel and freeze banana to get a thicker shake; This recipe contains raw eggs.
