Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¼ cup chopped pineapple

Cooking Directions

  1. Blend coconut water, pineapple juice, and chia seeds together in a blender. Set mixture aside until chia seeds expand, about 30 minutes. Top mixture with chopped pineapple to serve.
Ingredients can also be shaken together in a closed container instead of using a blender.
