This refreshing non-alcoholic mocktail is cooling on a hot summer evening and festive enough for New Year's Eve.

Ingredients

• 1 cup crushed ice
• 3 fluid ounces peach nectar
• 2 fluid ounces cranberry juice cocktail
• ½ fluid ounce grenadine syrup
• 1 fluid ounce lemon flavored carbonated beverage
• 1 twist lime peel

Cooking Directions

1. Fill a shaker with ice and pour in peach nectar, cranberry juice and grenadine. Strain into a martini glass and top with lemon soda. Garnish with a twist of lime.
