Watermelon Recipe ⋇ Agua Fresca with Watermelon and POM® Tea

A traditional watermelon agua fresca blended with POM® pomegranate peach passion white tea. Absolutely perfect on a summer day. Serve over ice and garnish with a mint sprig or peach slice.

Agua Fresca with Watermelon and POM® Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 seedless watermelon, rind removed and watermelon cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 16 fluid ounces peach-flavored iced tea (such as POM® Pomegranate Peach Passion White Tea)
  • 1 cup water as needed

Cooking Directions

  1. Blend watermelon in a blender until smooth; add lime juice and blend well. Add peach-flavored iced tea; blend until combined. Dilute with water to desired strength.
For a thinner drink strain out the watermelon pulp and add more water, then pour over ice; Add 1 ounce rum (sugar cane is the best, but any clear rum) to each glass if you like.
