Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber, chopped
  • 2 apples, cored and chopped
  • 3 ribs celery, chopped
  • ½ cup cold water, or more as needed
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 1 (1 inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ½ lemon, juiced

Cooking Directions

  1. Place cucumber, apples, celery, water, spinach, parsley, ginger, lime juice, and lemon juice in a blender; blend until smooth.
Substitute mixed spring greens for spinach if desired.
