Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • ½ large tomato, cut into chunks
  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 2 large fresh basil leaves

Cooking Directions

  1. Blend spinach, tomato, mango, ice, and basil leaves together in a blender until smooth.
If you don't have a blender that can blend well, this recipe may not be for you. I have a Ninja Ultima(R) and it works perfectly for this; You can substitute chopped kale for the spinach.
