If you're into smoothies but don't like sweet ones all the time, this is the way to go. One of my better experiments, I must say.

Healthy Caesar Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups tomato and clam juice cocktail (such as Clamato®)
  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh spinach
  • lemon, juiced
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

Cooking Directions

  1. Blend tomato cocktail, spinach, lemon juice, and ground black pepper together in a blender until smooth.
Add ice, or, to make it not as healthy, add a little vodka; You can substitute a Caesar rimmer spice for the dash of pepper.
