Ingredients

  • 2 cups ice cubes, or as needed
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • ½ cup fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut cream
  • 1 lime, cut into 8 wedges

Cooking Directions

  1. Fill a pitcher with ice. Pour pineapple juice, lime juice, and coconut cream over ice. Cover pitcher with a secure lid and shake mixture vigorously. Strain mixture into martini glasses and garnish with lime wedges.
