Avocado is not common in sweet drinks, but it's delicious. Try this shake and you won't regret it.

Ingredients

  • 4 pods cardamom pods
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and chopped
  • 6 teaspoons white sugar, or to taste
  • 1 pinch salt

Cooking Directions

  1. Pop cardamom pods open and crush or grind seeds into a powder.
  2. Combine cardamom, milk, avocado, sugar, and salt in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses.
You can use a hand blender if preferred.
